We are kicking off the new season by hosting our membership meeting at Grain Roof Garden and Lounge at the top of the Norfolk Hilton. If you have never been to Grain or have never been to a membership meeting, now is the time to come. We have something for everyone. Membership meetings are social gatherings with a dab of education for all BBSA members.

Dinner is included at a price of $22 per person, which includes one dinner from a choice of 5, one drink (beer or wine), gratuity of 20% and taxes. Chose your dinner when you arrive.

VHF, MMSI, and DSC Explained

BBSA member, Sergio Diehl, will describe how to use the Digital Selective Calling feature in most modern VHF radios. If you have not run through the “setup” process, your emergency button and DSC are probably not working.
