The Virginia Boating Safety Certificate course is being held at Norfolk Yacht and Country Club on 9 March from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. These certificates are required since 2016 of all boat operators of any age operating a power boat of 10 hp or more. Course is free, and gets us thinking of being on the water again!
