Crew-U is an introduction to sailing for beginners, teaching the essential skills needed to crew on a racing sailboat. The course covers the basics:

• learning the parts of a sailboat, 
• how it works, and 
• fundamental sailing maneuvers like tacking, jibing, sail trim, basic knots and teamwork.
